What is Tennis Elbow?
Tennis Elbow is identified as a severe pain on the outside of the elbow that worsens with activity and gets temporarily better with rest and ice. With overuse, such as in several weekly Tennis or Pickleball games, the wrist extensors in the elbow become irritated. The tendon becomes inflamed and can even tear, causing pain with movement.

How do I know if I have Tennis Elbow?
If you have severe pain on the outside area of the elbow joint that worsens with activity, you likely have Tennis Elbow. Tennis Elbow pain can be sharp, stabbing, and/or throbbing. Tennis elbow can last several weeks if not treated properly.
