Meet dr. Logan Georgeson!
Dr. Logan Georgeson grew up in a small tourist town known as Wisconsin Dells. In high school he played football and basketball. He then pursued his collegiate basketball career at Edgewood College in Madison, WI. After 4 years, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree and enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic program at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic cum laude and moved back to his current hometown of Madison, WI.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family, which includes his wife, Victoria, and their dogs, Izzy and Bolt. He and his wife lived in Graz, Austria for 6 months in college and traveled all over Europe, which now makes them want to constantly travel and experience new things! His wife, Victoria, is from Argentina, which has really helped with his Spanish. If Dr. Georgeson is not traveling with his family, he is outside enjoying nature. He is an avid hunter and fisher with plenty of stories. You can find him at the local gym working out, whether that is powerlifting, CrossFit, or playing a game of pickup basketball. Of course, being from Wisconsin he enjoys watching the Packers, Badgers, Brewers, and Bucks play!
Professionally Dr. Georgeson has training in evidenced based treatments that are medically supported to get lasting results. He is trained in the McKenzie method (MDT) and is pursuing his certification. He is certified in Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR), which includes instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, rehabilitation exercises, and taping. He has extensive training from Palmer College of Chiropractic in spinal and extremity manipulation (adjustments) and soft tissue manipulation.
Meet Izzy - Office greeter!
Izzy is an Australian Shepard mix that was born and raised in Iowa. She graduated at the top of her class in puppy training school from the prestigious Petsmart University. Izzy is a people pup and loves meeting new people, especially if they have treats. She was a greeter at her previous job in Iowa for a bathroom remodeling company and is excited for her new role here at Peak Performance Chiropractic.
In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as running, hiking, swimming, and camping. Her favorite sport is squirrel chasing. She partakes in squirrel chasing any chance she gets. Izzy prefers winter over all the other seasons because she can roll in the snow and chase snowballs. She will be part-time help, so if you get the chance to meet her, she would love some “pets” and of course treats!
