What are the different types of headaches?
Tension Headaches: Tension headaches are the most common type. They often feel like a tight band squeezing your head. Stress, poor posture, and muscle strain are usual culprits. If you spend a lot of time at a desk or training hard without proper recovery, tension headaches can sneak up on you.
Migraines: Migraines are more intense and can last for hours or even days. They often come with throbbing pain, nausea, and sensitivity to light or sound. Migraines can be triggered by dehydration, certain foods, or even changes in sleep patterns.
Cluster Headaches: Cluster headaches are less common but extremely painful. They usually occur in cycles or clusters, often waking you up at night with sharp, burning pain around one eye. These headaches can last from 15 minutes to a few hours.
